Der Österreichische Volleyball Verband sucht für seine Beachvolleyball-Nationalteams eine/n Trainer/in.
Gesucht wird für männliche und weibliche Nationalteams.

Anforderungen

• A-Lizenz Trainerdiplom (oder ein Äquivalent)
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im internationalen (Beach-)Volleyball
• Teamplayer und Teamleader  Soziale und kommunikative Kompetenz
• Sehr gute Deutsch und/oder Englisch Kenntnisse  Führerschein Kategorie B

Aufgabengebiete

• Betreuung der jeweiligen Nationalteams bei offiziellen Wettkämpfen (FIVB World Tour, Europa- und Weltmeisterschaften) und Freundschaftsspielen
• Planung, Durchführung und Evaluation von Trainingslehrgängen
• Mitarbeit an Konzeptionen und Programmen
• Regelmäßige Talentsichtung und Talentselektion
• Regelmäßige Teilnahme an Fort- und Ausbildungen
• Zusammenarbeit mit Vereinen und Trainer/innen der HallenNationalteamspieler/innen
• Enge Kooperation mit allen Nationalteamtrainer/innen des Österreichischen Volleyball Verbandes

Bezahlung

3.000€ Brutto pro Monat (Überbezahlung abhängig von beruflicher Qualifikation und Erfahrung möglich)

The Austrian Volleyball Federation is seeking a coach for its beachvolleyball national teams. The advertisement applies to male and female national teams.

Requirements and experience

• Coaching diploma (Austrian “A-License” or foreign equivalent)
• Several years of experience as a coach on international level
• Team player and team leader
• Social and communicative skills
• Fluent German and/or English
• Driving license category B

Main tasks and activities

• Supervision and conduction of official competitions (FIVB World Tour, FIVB World Championships, CEV Championships) and friendly games
• Supervision, conduction and evaluation of training camps
• Participation in development of concepts Talent screening and talent selection on a regular basis
• Participation at coaches’ clinics
• Close contacts to clubs and coaches of the national team players
• Close cooperation with all other national team coaches of the Austrian Volleyball Federation

Terms of employment

3.000€ gross salary per month (Overpayment depending on professional qualifications and experience possible)
